We talked through the images from both shoots, and got some interesting feedback from the group.

1. The tension in the fabric is what makes the fabric interesting

2. What is the relationship between the body and the fabric

3. We should show and talk about some of the images that didn’t make the final edit, e.g the heavier fabrics that didn’t work, the images of the 2 models etc.

4. Christian (Animation and Sound Design) asked if we thought the images could have been taking into moving image. I definitely think this could have been really interesting and may be something to think about for future shoots between us. We documented the shoots with some videos so it you can see the work flow, but its possible to take video on DSLRs so maybe next time we could shoot both stills and footage. This would take some planning with the lights, as they would need to be continuous.

5. Gary mentioned that he felt there was a different energy in the 1st shoot to the second one. In the first shoot we used a fan but not in the second one, this creates a different kind of tension between the body and fabric.
